Monday through Friday I always resort to the same cooked oatmeal topped with cinnamon for breakfast. After some time, I got tired of the same oatmeal every morning, so I wanted to try something new!

Apple Pie Oatmeal contains one of my favorite nutrient pack ingredients... oats!
Oats are packed with nutrients such as fiber and phytochemicals that act as antioxidants. The primary type of fiber in oats is known as soluble fiber which is known to help slow digestion, increase satiety, and suppress appetite.
